We are back for Term 5 of Skate after School at May Park Primary. 

FRIDAY GROUP

Year 2- 4 ONLY

Term 5 will run for 5 weeks starting on Friday 24th April and finishes on 22nd May

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS BOOKING FORM ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT TO CONFIRM YOUR SPACE (If your child attended in Term 1,2,3 or 4 you do not need to complete the form again)

Only 10 spaces available

Please be aware that there may be sessions where we cannot go outside due to the weather. If there is not an appropriate indoor space for skateboarding the kids will be given skateboard related art and craft activities and indoor games.

Please make sure the participants wear the correct footwear. Trainers with a flat sole is preferable. No crocs or sandals.
